Delivering Support Directly to the Homes of Orphans<\/h2>

At Rikaz<\/b>, we believe that true support isn’t just about sending help; it\u2019s about being there in person. This week, our team took to the field to visit orphaned children and their families in their own homes across Lebanon.<\/p>

More Than Just a Handout<\/b><\/h3>

During these visits, we didn’t just deliver financial aid\u2014we delivered a message: “You are not alone.”<\/b> By entering these homes, we were able to:<\/p>

  • See the Reality:<\/b> We sat with the guardians and grandmothers to understand the specific challenges they face every day.<\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure Dignity:<\/b> Giving the support directly in their private space respects the family’s privacy and dignity.<\/p><\/li>

  • Provide Immediate Relief:<\/b> The cash support allows these families to immediately buy what they need most\u2014whether it\u2019s medicine for a sick child, rent for their shelter, or fresh food.\"\"<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    The Impact of a Smile<\/b><\/h3>

    One of the most touching moments of our journey was visiting a small apartment where three young siblings live with their aunt. When we arrived, the house was quiet and the atmosphere was heavy. By the time we left, after providing the sponsorship money and a few small gifts, the children were smiling. For that aunt, the money meant she could finally pay for the electricity and bread for the coming month.<\/p>
